The learned A.G.P. submits that the revised proposal dated 06.06.2019 has been submitted to respondent no.5 for sanction of pension in the name of petitioner.

The present case is related to the sanction of family pension. It is submitted that the pension is initially sanctioned to the deceased. In light of that, all the documents necessary for the sanction such as service book would be with respondent no.5 and other required documents like Form 12 duly filled in by the Legal

In view of that, respondent no.5 shall take decision upon the said proposal within a period of three months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
