The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the appeal filed by the present applicants has been dismissed vide order passed by the Registrar on 19.11.2014 for non-payment of Bhatta by the present appellants. The learned counsel submits that inadvertently the Bhatta remained to be paid and resultantly the said order came to be passed.

The learned counsel further submitted that now there is no requirement of paying any Bhatta. It is further contended that the appellantsapplicants have filed the appeal seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation and are

The learned AGP has prayed for passing of appropriate orders. In view of the submissions so made, the order passed by the Registrar on 19.11.2014 is set aside. The First Appeal (Stamp) No.1340 of 2014 stands restored to its original file. The Civil Application stands disposed of. 4.
List the appeal for further consideration on 17.10.2018.
