The appellants/claimants and respondent No.2 insurance company, have jointly filed the compromise pursis for settlement of the dispute. Respondent No.2 - insurance company agreed to pay additional amount of Rs.9,00,000/- and the appellants agreed to accept the same towards full and final settlement of the claim petition inclusive of no fault liability. Respondent No.2 undertakes to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.9,00,000/- before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Ahmednagar, within a period of 45 days from today and the appellants/claimants would be entitled to withdraw the enhanced

In view of the above, the present First Appeal is hereby disposed of in terms of compromise, which is part and parcel of the award. Accordingly award be drawn.

The appellants would be entitled to receive the permissible Court fees.
