We have heard Mr. Surve, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Godbole, the learned advocate for non applicant Nos. 2 and 3. By this application, the applicant seeks clarification of the order dated 17th January, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 3664 of 2005 to the effect that, the order passed by this Court be clarified to mean that the petitioner is entitled for continuity in service and consequential benefits including yearly increments.

We had passed the order granting reinstatement in service. The petitioner was not granted backwages, however, was given continuity in service and other consequential benefits. 3.

Mr. Godbole, the learned counsel submits that, decision has been taken on 23.01.2019 considering the service of the applicant/petitioner since the date of termination for yearly increments also.
