1. The present petition is seeking directions against respondent No.2 to take entry in the name of respondent No.3 as Secretary of Shri Vinayakrao Patil Shikshan Sanstha of village Loni Khurd.

The petition is filed in the year 2011. Notices were issued in the year 2013. Fresh elections have taken place thereafter. In case, the petitioner still has grievance, the petitioner can move the office of respondent no.2 which grievance can be considered by respondent no.2.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
