By this petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 23.10.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Latur, in Criminal Revision No.85/2018 thereby, rejecting the said revision application filed by the petitioner for challenging the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by learned JMFC, Latur, below exhibit 31 in RCC No.637/2012 allowing the prosecution to produce the documents on record.

The instant petition was filed in the year 2020 and it was never circulated, nor listed on the board. The proceedings in RCC No.637/2012 are filed in the year 2012. There is no stay granted by this Court. During all these years, substantial
*2* 920crwp251o20 development has taken place in the proceedings before the Trial Court and the proceedings have proceeded far ahead and the evidence of witnesses is also recorded. Moreover, the petitioner is not at all vigilant and alert in the proceedings. As such, this Court cannot come to his aid, who is sleeping over his rights. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.

As far as merits of the matter are concerned, learned Sessions Judge has assigned proper reasons while passing the impugned order. The order challenged before learned Sessions Judge was an interlocutory order and since the revision petition was not maintainable, it was rightly dismissed. The reasoning of learned Sessions Judge is proper. Therefore, I find no error in the impugned order. As such, there is no reason to interfere in the impugned order.

In view of the above, this Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed. However, in the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by any further order, he is at liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings.
