30.18pil (2) ORAL ORDER:

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. He further, on instructions, submits that by an order dated 26th February, 2018, the Division Bench of this Court was pleased to direct the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court to show his bona fides within a stipulated period of 10 days from the date of the order.

Learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner is willing to deposit Rs.25,000/- in the account of High Court Bar Library, Aurangabad and he be permitted to withdraw the rest of amount deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed of accordingly as withdrawn with permission to deposit Rs.25,000/- in the account of High Court Bar Library, Aurangabad and to withdraw the rest of amount deposited in this Court.
