The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is given for benefit of D.C.P.S. scheme upon death of husband of the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent No. 2. Mr. Aghav, the learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 3.

In case, application of the petitioner (page 12) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the said application of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
