This petition can be disposed of by permitting petitioner to make suitable representation putting forth his grievance before the District Deputy Registrar within a period of one week from today. On receipt of the representation, the District Deputy Registrar may enquire into the matter and take appropriate steps in accordance with provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation and, it is accordingly directed.
