1] The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner would restrict the present writ petition to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the representations given by the petitioner.

2] We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3] The petitioner was working as Vasti Shala teacher. The same has been closed. The petitioner is seeking appointment as para teacher. The petitioner has given representations to that effect.

3032.22WP 4] It is for the authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner, his eligibility and entitlement. 5] In the light of that, we pass the following order. 6] The respondents shall decide the representations filed by petitioner [Exhibit-F], on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three [03] months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
