The petitioner is the original plaintiff aggrieved by rejection of his applications (Exh-165, Exh-167 and Exh-169), whereby he made an attempt to bring on record the legal representatives of original defendant No.1, who died on 26.02.2005, by setting aside the abatement. 3.

Unfortunately, even in this petition, the petitioner is equally remiss in bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent Nos.6 and 8, who are reported to have died long back. 4.

Since the year 2019, several opportunities were given to the petitioner to take steps but in vain. Even once he was directed to pay costs still to no effect.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
