The learned AGP points out an offshoot of the same litigation between the parties, which is before the learned Single Judge. She, therefore, submits that it would be inappropriate for this Court to direct an out of turn hearing in Original Application No. 30 of 2017, when the orders emerging from the said proceedings are subject matter of challenge before the learned Single Judge of this Court. 2.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would move a request application before the learned Single Judge for seeking the said relief.

This Writ Petition is disposed off.
