Mr.Thigale, learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy available before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, though Mr.Chavan, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merit, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
