This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Dahat, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4/original claimants is present.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

The appellant/Insurance Company has already deposited an amount of Rs. 29,66,894/- (Rs. Twenty Nine Lakh Sixty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Four only) with the registry of this Court, out of which respondents/original claimants are entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 23,25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Three Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) and the appellant/Insurance Company is entitled to receive the remaining amount along with accrued interest on the amount which is deposited in this Court.

The respondents/original claimants filed X-Appeal (St.) No. 725/2023. The respondents/original claimants are also permitted to withdraw the same in view of the terms of compromise. 7.

X-Appeal (St.) No. 725/2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. 8.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
