Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. registered against the applicant has been quashed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram: R.G. Avachat and Neeraj P. Dhote, JJ.) vide order dated 10.07.2024 passed in criminal application No. 732 of 2024. Hence, this application has become infructuous and requested to pass the appropriate order.

The learned A.P.P. submits that appropriate order be passed.
