Mr. Ashwin Hon, learned Advocate appearing for respondent submits that directions given by this Court under order dated 15.07.2024 in writ petition No.3639 of 2018 are complied with and nothing survives in petition.

Mr. Ostwal, learned Advocate for petitioner, however, submits that respondent / Contemnor prolonged implementation of decision of this Court without any reason. Only when notice of contempt petition was served, action is taken.

Although there is some substance in contention of Mr. Ostwal, the fact remains that contemnor had filed proceeding for review of order and after rejection of review application, the order has been complied with. Therefore, although there is technical fault on part of contemnor, this Court does not find it necessary to initiate action against Contempt of Court. 4.
