Pursuant to order dated 7th September, 2017, both the parties were referred for mediation. 2.

On 19th April, 2018 learned Advocate representing both the sides appeared along with their respective clients and submitted that the parties have decided to settle the matter amicably and also filed consent terms to settle all the disputes between them, which include civil and criminal proceedings. As per the terms of settlement, an amount of Rs.11 lakhs has been deposited in this Court. Parties have appeared before the Registrar (Judicial) for verification of the

40.17mca+ terms of compromise and to establish their identity. Registrar (Judicial) has submitted report on 19.04.2018 on verification of terms of compromise and identification of the parties. The terms of compromise filed on record marked as "X" for identification. Perusal of the terms of compromise reveals that the parties have decided to put an end to matrimonial dispute amongst them. As per terms of compromise, parties are going to take necessary steps to withdraw / compromise / quash the various proceedings filed before various courts.

In view of above, M.C.A No.40 of 2017 and M.C.A. No.60 of 2017 stand disposed of in terms of compromise filed as Exh."X" to enable the parties to take further steps to give effect to the settlement arrived at between them.
