Learned counsel for the petitioners states that, during pendency of this petition, charge-sheet is fled and, therefore, petitioners want to approach the Trial Court for fling discharge application. He seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with such liberty.

Permission is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to prefer application for discharge before the Trial Court. If such application is fled, it shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law.
