1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant. It appears that in the past by order dated 9th October 2015 in Civil Application No.12203/2015 this Court had set aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial and the matter was restored. On that occasion also delay of 86 days was caused in filing application but opportunity was given to the applicant. It appears that within the time given the objections are not removed prior to 23-10-2015 and so the matter came to be again dismissed.

2 CA 4135 of 2016 2) The learned counsel for the applicant takes blame to herself. However in such cases everybody needs to learn lesson. So the application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) by the applicant to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee Aurangabad. The amount is to be deposited prior to 16th April 2016. If the amount is not deposited and the objections are not removed prior to 16th April 2016 the matter shall stand dismissed without back reference to the Court.
