We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents. The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for respondents.

The application of the petitioner for issuance of Tribe certificate is pending with Respondent No. 2. Considering the fact that, the petitioner has to appear for exam, we direct the Respondent No. 2 to decide the

( 2 ) wp 2141.18 application on its own merits on or before 07.03.2018. The petitioner may submit whatever documents she wants to rely upon. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2 on 27.02.2018. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
