This application is for condonation of delay of 4333 days caused in filing the appeal.

Learned advocate for the applicant has placed on record the order dated 06-02-2023 wherein this court allowed the application by condoning the delay of 7370 days caused in filing the appeal. He submits that this order is passed in appeal
(2) 23ca4147.21 arising out of the same acquisition proceeding from which the present appeal arises. There is no dispute on this by the learned advocate for the respondents.

Since this court has already condoned the delay in similar matter, this court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned. 4.

Needless to say that the applicants will not be entitled to receive any interest for delayed period, if the appeal is allowed.
