Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since the year 2010 and same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. states that the said proceedings are pending and the next date of hearing

2 WP 2615.17 is fixed on 4th March, 2017. As the matter is for hearing, it is writ large that the same is at final stage. Considering the above facts, the Committee shall decide the said proceedings expeditiously. Respondent No.3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner till validation proceedings are decided.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
