By the impugned order dated 19th December, 2014, passed below Exh.25, by the Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, in Petition No.E-165 of 2013, the prayer of the petitioner to engage an Advocate on her behalf, to represent her in the said petition, has been turned down. 2.

It appears from the record that the petitioner, an old lady of 62 years, is only able to sign.

Apart from above, the dispute involved in the petition appears to be as regards maintenance, to which she is entitled from her son - respondent no.2. In view of the above background, it will be appropriate to allow the request of the petitioner.
