In view of the contentions of the application and submissions made and as no information was given of death, the delay is condoned and abatement is set aside. The application is allowed and permission is granted for bringing the legal heirs on record. Amendment be carried out immediately.

After carrying out the amendment, notice be issued to the legal heirs, made returnable on 01.07.2016. Interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
