Mr. Yeramwar, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the non applicant No. 1 does not have any objection for adding present applicant as party respondent. 2.

In the light of that, the civil application is allowed to the extent of adding present applicant as party respondent. The original writ petitioner shall add the applicant as party respondent within a period of one (01) week from today. The civil application is disposed of.
