All respondents are served. Place the writ petition for admission on 01.04.2020.

The interim order passed in favour of petitioners is conditional one. The petitioners were directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1.5 Lakh on or before 29.12.2019 and another Rs.1.5 Lakh within four weeks. The petitioners have only deposited an amount of Rs.1.5 Lakh. The petitioners have failed to deposit further amount of Rs.1.5 Lakh within four weeks.

We have heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents.

Considering the difficulty shown we extend the period for depositing Rs.1.5 Lakh by one week from today. If the amount as directed is not deposited within one week, the interim protection granted shall automatically stands vacated.

In view of the order passed in the present writ petition, civil application stands disposed of.
