It is an application to bring on record legal heirs of deceased original respondent No.1-F/Rajendra Babu Gore. Heard Mr. P. B. Shirsath, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Kulkarni, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Even though there is inordinate delay in moving this application, the delay needs to be condoned having regard to the nature of dispute arising out of compulsory land acquisition. In fact, it is for the appellants/State to take steps to bring on record legal heirs. Hence, the following order is passed:
