1] The present Civil Application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole respondent. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were not aware about the demise of the sole respondent and after the knowledge of the same, the application is filed within a period of limitation. She further submits that delay, if any, is caused in filing the present Civil Application may be condoned.
