Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent has deposited 50% of the amount as per order of this Court. Applicants are farmers they have no source of income. They have facing fnancial crises for daily business. They need the amount for day to day activities. Hence applicant be permitted to withdraw the amount.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% deposited amount by the respondent by furnishing undertaking.
