It is submitted that, in the said order in paragraph No. 9 in line No. 1 it appears that, "The learned Advocate for the appellant has placed reliance on judgment reported in AIRONLINE 2023 SC 470 in the case of Damodar Narayan Shewale (D) Thr. LRs. Vs. Tejrao Bajirao Mhaske." In the above line, instead of word "appellant" there should be word "respondent".

In view of the above, in the order dated 23.08.2023 in paragraph No. 9 in line No. 1 the word "appellant" be replaced by word "respondent".
