1] This petition seeks direction to C.B.I. respondent nos. 1 and 2 to appoint special counsel to conduct Sessions Case No. 8 of 2006 which is pending at Jalgaon Sessions Court. 2] Shri Alok Sharma, learned A.S.G. stated that the C.B.I. is taking steps for appointing special counsel to conduct Sessions Case No. 8 of 2006 at Jalgaon.

3] The other prayer sought in the petition is to direct C.B.I. to appoint special counsel to conduct Criminal Appeal No. 75 of 2015

crwp231.16 which is pending before this court. Shri Sharma again stated that the C.B.I. is taking steps for appointing special counsel for conducting Criminal Appeal No. 75 of 2015 which is pending in this court along with and others.

4] Statements made by Shri Alok Sharma, learned A.S.G. on instructions are taken as undertaking by the C.B.I. 5] In view of the statements we do not consider it necessary to give specific directions to C.B.I.

6] The petition is disposed of.
