Learned counsel for the applicant presses the application to the extent of prayer clause 'B' with liberty to make fresh application to claim relief vide prayer clause 'C'

On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of reasons assigned to join proposed respondents as party respondents to the petition, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week from the date of passing of order. Petitioner will be at liberty to make fresh application seeking relief claimed by prayer clause 'C'
