The learned AGP has placed on record the communication received from the Tahasildar, Paranda dated 17.01.2022 thereby, intimating that the petitioners and the respondents had settled the matter amicably amongst themselves and the panchanama has been drawn to that effect on 14.01.2022. The said communication dated 17.01.2022 along with the panchanama dated 14.01.2022 with the signatures of the panchas, is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.
