The learned counsel for the petitioners in above writ petitions seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to approach the revisional authority to challenge the impugned orders in these writ petitions.

The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as above, if available in law.

The learned counsel submits that status-quo may be granted for a
WP 4522/19 period of two weeks so as to enable the petitioners to approach the revisional authority.

Status-quo be maintain for the period of two weeks from today to enable the petitioners to approach the statutory authority. However, it is clarified that the status-quo is not granted on merits of the matters and it is granted only to enable the petitioners to approach the statutory authority. The statutory authority to decide the revision petition and all interim applications, that may be filed therein, on it's own merits, without being influenced by the present status-quo order. 5.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the time spent in the present writ petitions be excluded in computing the period of limitation in approaching the revisional authority. 6.
The petitioners may apply to the concerned authority for exclusion of the time spent in this Court and the authority to decide the said issue in accordance with law.
