Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 submits that the petitioner's services are terminated with effect from 15.12.2014 and said fact is communicated to the petitioner and also to the Education Officer.

In view of that, the petitioner would have remedy before the School Tribunal. In an appeal before the School Tribunal, even consequential order of refusal of approval can also be assailed. For the
wp2039.15 period 16.6.2014 to 14.12.2014 respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall pay salary as admissible to the petitioner within a period of three months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
