PER COURT :- Miss Bodke Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner strenuously contends that, the proclamation was issued way back on 31.8.2015, calling for the objections. The petitioner is the legal heir and son of deceased Vasantrao Mande. Upon his death, the petitioner is entitled for the plot at Nageshwarwadi, in respondent No.1 society. Though the proclamation is issued in 2015, no further step is taken by the society. The petitioner has approached to the Society on numerous occasions, but of no avail.

Respondent No.1 is a Cooperative Housing Society. The Registrar would be the supervisory authority and if according to the petitioner, respondent No.1 is not functioning in accordance with law and the rights of the petitioner are being infringed, the

{2} wp 7555.19.odt petitioner can approach the Registrar and the authority constituted under the provisions of The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the said authority. If the authority does not take further steps within reasonable time, the petitioner may move this Court.

All the contentions of the petitioner are kept open. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed-off.
