Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant. 2.
The learned counsel submits that validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner has appeared for the Second Year Engineering Course, however, result is withhold only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. It is for the Committee to decide the validation proceedings.

We have heard the learned AGP for the Committee and Mr. Girase for the respondent No.3.

To get the validation proceedings decided within stipulated period is not in the hands of litigants. In the light of that, we pass following order:

The respondent committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within one year. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
ii. The respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of the examination given by the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The respondents shall also not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground validation proceedings are pending. The respondents may take further course of action in tune with the judgment of the Committee in the validation proceedings. 5.
Civil application disposed of.
