The motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 14th July, 2022.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.1 - acquiring body submits that, by order dated 14th July, 2022, this Court permitted the applicant to withdraw 50% amount deposited by respondent No.1. In the said order inadvertently it is noted that, 50% amount is deposited by respondent No.1, but respondent No.1 has Pooja K.

S-CA-2899-2021.odt deposited 100% amount i.e. entire amount before this Court.

Applicant is requesting to make necessary correction in the order dated 14th July, 2022. 4.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel, correction be made accordingly.
