These are the applications for withdrawal of compensation amount moved by the respective applicants/claimants. 2.

Heard Mr Gaikwad, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants, Mr B.R. Surwase, learned counsel for the acquiring body and Mr S.P. Deshmukh and Mr S.N Morampalle, learned AGPs for the State/respondent No.2 in respective applications.

It is pointed out that in similar matter vide Civil Application No.3403/2021 with connected matters, this Court was pleased to allow the claimant to withdraw 50% amount of compensation. The same recourse needs to be adopted in absence of change in circumstances.

ORDER

(A) The applications are hereby allowed as under :- (i) The applicants/claimants are hereby permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
