The Petitioner's claim of belonging to the Thakur Scheduled Tribe is pending with the Committee. In fact, the Committee had closed the matter for judgment on 24-11-2021. However, the proceedings were continued even in the year 2022 and no date is informed to the Petitioner after the last date of hearing which is 19-09-2022.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the proceedings would be completed within three months. 3.
