According to him, if the amount as prayed for is permitted to be withdrawn, the cause which is sought to be espoused in the petition will be of no consequence. 2.

Having considered the contentions raised in the application and having regard to the earlier orders passed by this Court on 10th December,

2007, 18th December, 2008 and 20th June, 2014 on various Civil Applications for withdrawal of the amount, it will be appropriate to allow the present application, in view of the reasons mentioned in the said orders. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.9,08,563/- together with interest, if any. 3.
