None for the appellants when the matter is called out. 2.

It appears that pursis about death of sole respondent had been filed way back in November, 2016 and since then no steps have been taken. On last occasion i.e. on 15th June, 2018, there had been no appearance caused on behalf of the appellants and, as such, with a view to give opportunity to appellants, the matter was adjourned to this date for orders. Even today, there is no appearance caused on behalf of the appellants. 3.

Having regard to aforesaid and the order dated 15th June, 2018, it appears that the appeal from order abates and is disposed of as such.

In view of disposal of appeal from order, pending civil application as well stands disposed of.
