This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the proposal in respect of verification of tribe certificate issued to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today; and it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, no adverse action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validity certificate and he shall be permitted to prosecute studies.
