By this Civil Application, the Applicant, who is the original Defendant No.4 in the Trial Court, submits that this Court has disposed of Writ Petition No.8864/2012 vide order dated 19.07.2017. Inadvertently, it was conveyed to the Court that the pending proceedings are Regular Civil Suit No.84/2008 instead Special Civil Suit No.84/2008. The learned Advocate for the original Petitioners confirms the said error.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The proceeding RCS No.84/2008 appearing in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the order dated 19.07.2017 shall stand corrected and replaced by Special Civil Suit
