The Applicant/ original Appellant prays for condonation of delay of 121 days in filing this Civil Application and further prays for recalling the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 11.10.2017 by which, the Second Appeal was refused registration for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 121 days is condoned. All office objections shall be removed on or before 05.04.2018 subject to which the order of the learned Registrar dated 11.10.2017 shall stand set aside and the Second Appeal shall then be registered. After registration, list the Second Appeal for admission on 09.04.2018.
