This Court by order dated 29.10.2015 disposed of the First Appeal No.843/2003 with the observation that even though the case of contributory negligence is made out, the compensation amount awarded would remain unaffected. The learned counsel submits that, in view of this, the applicant/original claimants are entitled for the entire amount deposited before this Court. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has no objection for the same. 3.
