Heard Mr. Karpe, learned counsel for petitioners. He submits that looking at the reliefs claimed in the plaint, while the petitioners may not object to measurement, yet, the court has exceeded in directing to make a report of possession of respective occupants and boundaries. According to learned counsel, this is in excess of reliefs claimed.

However, it is not such an order that the discretion exercised appears to be not within the scope of powers of court. In the circumstances, writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of.
