1] The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent would allow the petitioner being Lady to continue to work in Amalner at least until next transfer.

2] In view of the above submissions of the respondent, the petitioner undertakes to withdraw the complaint [ULP] No.10/2024 filed before the Industrial Court, Jalgaon within two weeks.

3] In view of the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
