The learned AGP submits that the Scrutiny Committee would decide the proposals within three months. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 has already been selected for registration for Ph.D. programme, which is to be submitted latest by 07.03.2025. He also points out that real sister of the petitioners was granted the certificate of validity by the Committee as late as 31.07.2024.

*2* 65wp2311o25 He submits that even while petitioner No.1 was before the Committee requesting for her proposal to be decided together with her sister, the Committee avoided to do so. 4.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 Committee to decide the petitioners' proposals as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 03.03.2025.
