Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1.

Learned A.G.P. Submits that he is ready to take necessary steps at the earliest for restoration of the First Appeal, which is dismissed on 3rd August, 2018. Considering this circumstance, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount with proportionate accrued interest, deposited in this Court, subject to filing of written undertaking to redeposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed. The undertaking shall be
